Bright and Bountiful – Sandifer’s Ponte Vedra Kitchen Remodel

One last architectural shoot for the week – this time we’re featuring another shoot with our friends from Sandifer Custom Homes.  This kitchen remodel took an older, dated, closed-in kitchen and opened it up, brightening the space and providing ample seating options for the family.  While the space itself isn’t gigantic, the area was utilized well to maximize the usable area in an intuitive and logical way.  Perhaps my favorite part of this kitchen is the use of a beautiful slab of Alaskan white granite.

Heartwarming & Historic – Williams House Guestroom Shoot

This week has been all about architectural shoots.  just last night we had the pleasure of spending the evening with our friends at Amelia Island Williams House – an historic 1856 Antebellum home that’s now a wonderful bed and breakfast owned and skillfully operated by Deborah & Byron McCutchen.  We first met the couple when photographing the Amelia Island Cookie Tour – their house was one of the stops.  So, when they recently spent some time renovating a few of the rooms, they gave us a call to capture the new look for these gorgeous historic guestrooms.   As with most old homes, space is a premium, so I was really glad we had our new architectural wide angle lens while up there – it really helped out!

Making Your Back Yard a Home – Sandifer’s Outdoor Living Oasis

This week, we had the great opportunity to work with a new architectural client, Sandifer Custom Homes on the beautiful outdoor space you see above.  This Mediterranean-inspired design features an azure pool and hot tub with custom in-pool bar, a nicely equipped outdoor kitchen, and some properly stunning fire features.  Gorgeous in any light, the space is transformed at night into a warn and welcoming paradise.

Dostie’s Creative and Classic Palencia Model Home

Last Friday I had the chance to work with our friends from Dostie Homes on another one of their absolutely stunning model homes – this time in the Palencia neighborhood.   Dostie Homes again teamed up with the very talented Josie Myers, owner of Ms. J Design, and the combination of this great floor plan and Josie’s artist’s eye for interior design makes for one great model!  Be sure to check out all the unique details – from the use of some great accent colors, to the gigantic two story foyer – and don’t overlook the really neat super-sized landing / sitting area and adjacent office.

Dostie’s Bright and Bold Mandarin Jewel

This past week we had the opportunity to work with Dostie Homes on another one of their great custom homes in the Mandarin area.  Elements of note in this home include three bays of ultra-wide sliding doors that blend the line between indoor and outdoor living, as well as some really innovative fixtures and accessories that nicely compliment the overall design.   As always, check out some of our favorite shots from this shoot below.
