Our Mega Gallery from Jacksonville Car Culture’s February Cars and Coffee at the Avenues Mall
With beautiful weather and an exuberant crowd of motorheads, the February Jacksonville Cars and Coffee was another stellar success. At this point, its really hard to get a solid number of how many cars showed up to the region’s largest monthly meet-up, but safe to say it couldn’t have been too far from 1,000 cars which made the petrol-pilgrimage to the Avenues Mall during the event. In fact, exotic row was so full this month that many of our supercar friends had to find parking spaces out among the crowd – providing some extra ground-hugging surprises down nearly every row. So too did two-wheeled enthusiasts turn out in droves, packing their dedicated area with some amazing bikes.
Our Epic Gallery from Jacksonville Car Culture’s January Cars and Coffee at the Avenues Mall
After a busy Christmas break traveling through Virginia and New Hampshire (photos coming soon) we arrived back in Jacksonville just in time for the Roar Before the Rolex 24 (photos also coming soon…) and this weekend’s Jacksonville Cars and Coffee – the very first Cars and Coffee of the new decade – and just possibly the largest turn out for the event yet! As we are want to do, we took photos – lots of them – and wanted to share a few of our favorites here with you. You can, of course, visit the full gallery as well.
Our Mega Gallery from Jacksonville Car Culture’s December Cars and Coffee at the Avenues Mall
Tis’ the season for Jacksonville Car Culture’s December Cars and Coffee! With Christmas just around the corner, this Cars and Coffee was extra-special, with a heaping helping of kid-sized toys collected to benefit Toys for Tots, complimenting the two, three and four-wheeled “big boy” toys that frequent Cars and Coffee the second weekend of each month. As we’ve come to expect from Jacksonville’s big-hearted automotive enthusiasts, folks showed up in droves to donate all manner of toys for this worthwhile cause.
A Perfect Ending to IMSA’s 50th Anniversary Season at Road Atlanta’s Petit Le Mans
The first thing that struck me as I arrived at Road Atlanta just after sunset on Thursday was the massive sweeping downhill Turn 11 and the shooting star-like bursts of headlights that explode over the top of the hill and rocket down toward the start/finish line. Unlike the decidedly flat road course at Daytona, where the IMSA season begins each year, the season-finale Petit Le Mans is a hilly circuit with more ups and downs than an angry ocean ahead of a hurricane. Shaped like a pork chop, this technical 2.54 mile track provides the perfect canvas for exciting racing from start to finish.
Our Mega Gallery from Jacksonville Car Culture’s October Cars and Coffee
It’s that time of the year again – when Jacksonville Cars and Coffee takes its annual field trip to TIAA Bank Field to partner with the Jaguars for one epic car show. This year was no exception, with record crowds and participants – and over 800 cars on display. For the first time, we also experimented with a step-and-repeat style portrait for those who purchased reserved parking (find your photo at our full October Cars and Coffee Gallery). Also new for October, after some helpful feedback from you, we’ve dramatically cut our digital download prices for current and past Cars and Coffee events.
