Despite the threat of weather thanks to Tropical Storm Humberto, automotive enthusiasts from all over Northeast Florida turned out in mass for this weekend’s Jacksonville Car Culture Cars and Coffee at the Avenues Mall. Near record crowds once again flocked to the parking lots surrounding the mall to display and enjoy the diverse and unique collection of cars that the event draws each month.
