This past week, we had planned a quick end-of-the-school-year trip to Helen GA. Our timing proved fortuitous. This week, weather in Jacksonville has been hovering around the 100 degree mark – far above anything that I consider comfortable. Though Helen is only a handful of hours north, the weather there was ten degrees ‘cooler’, and temperatures in the valleys and mountain tops were in the mid 70’s. I’ve gotta say it was pretty wonderful. Photos in this series include images from our visits to Blood Mountain and the Appalachian Trail, the scenic Anna Ruby Falls, and Georgia’s highest point, Brasstown Bald.
As always, please feel free to download as many photos as you like – they are full HD images, 1080P, and perfect for your computer, tablet or television – and if you enjoy our photos, please follow us – and for extra bonus points, share this blog with your friends to help us get the word out!
