Okay, so thankfully, it actually wasn’t raining in Maine, but I couldn’t resist the title. This post will focus on a morning trip I took along the Piscatiqua River, along the Maine shore. The weather was beautiful, a cool breeze making the low 70 degree weather seem nearly heavenly. You’ll see a few of the coastal lighthouses as well as a bridge or two and a few of the historic buildings of the seacoast. If you have any questions about a specific image, just let me know and I’ll make up some history for you! Here are a few of my favorite shots. Enjoy – and of course, feel free to download as a desktop wallpaper!

I really like your light houses, being in-land we only have one (Lake Hefner). Great work.
Thanks Jim – I love the light houses, and thankfully where we live there are a few. Where is Lake Hefner?
Northwest Oklahoma City, OK. It is a replica of one in Maine I think.
That’s pretty cool.
Thanks I will find a picture and place on my blog sometime. – jim
I’ll take a look!
